Fresh, raw A2 cow milk is boiled and allowed to cool naturally to room temperature.
A natural starter culture (jamun) is added to the milk, transforming it overnight into nutrient-rich curd (Dahi).
The curd is churned back and forth using a wooden beater (Bilona) to separate the freshly churned butter (Makhan).
The Makhan is slowly simmered on a low flame until the milk solids separate, leaving behind pure, golden, aromatic Ghee.
